If you're a blogger and you don't keep a blog calendar, then shame on you. Honestly, if you don't keep one, I don't even know how you keep your blog together. Just about all bloggers-that I know of- keep a blog calendar if they want to stay organized and have everything in one place.
I decided to upload a photo of my blog calendar for this month, and it's pretty basic- but I don't have a whole lot to work with. What do you recommend I use, is there a certain planner that you think would work well for me? If so, please leave a comment below. c:
All blog calendars (in my opinion) need at least these 3 things- a calendar, a place for ideas, and a place just to take notes. Mine has those 3 things, plus I put a little space at the bottom for the total number of posts I wrote that month. Last month was 59, but this month is already at 30- wow, I've certainly been productive.
A place for ideas is absolutely necessary and you must have it. How else are you going to keep track of your blog ideas? A lot of people actually keep a journal, but a list works just fine. Mine is at the top, right below the title. On the side, inside the margins, I keep little notes, and I keep them below the calendar, too. By the way, in case you haven't noticed, February is the perfect month- it starts on a Sunday and ends on a Saturday. It's like an OCD person's dream...
Anyway, I hope this helped you improve your own blog calendar, and if you have any tips for me, comment below.
xoxo
