It's time for a red-white-and-blue Friday DIY roundup!! You know why? Because in America, we like to celebrate INDEPENDENCE DAY, that's why! So, tomorrow is the 4th of July, and that means FREEDOM. I'm doing the all caps thing again.. I did this yesterday too. But oh welllll, because FREEDOM. So, since my forgetful self forgot to do a patriotism DIY post in the last week (but only because it was JUST JULY the other day), I'm dedicating this post to red white and blue. So, if you want to do some crafting today and tomorrow, here you go! I cannot wait to set off some fireworks, eat some icecream, and basically run around the yard spray painting my dogs to look like the 'Murican flag. I can't be the only one who does that, right? Also, this post has a few recipes/food ideas that may not classify as DIYs and/or crafts, but who cares? Everyone likes cake!
1. Red White and Blue Oreo Pops for the 4th (as shown in photo) by Happiness is Homemade
2. DIY American Flag Shorts by POPCOSMO
3. Patriotic Photo Booth Printables by I Heart Naptime
4. Red White and Blue Cake (a shown in second photo) by Today's Creative Life
5. Easy DIY Red White and Blue Bandana Tablecloth by The Gracious Wife
6. DIY Patriotic Layered Beaded Bracelet by Crafts Unleashed
7. 4th of July YUMMMM Bark by Life with the Crust Cut Off
I really want some of that 4th of July bark right now, but I totally want to make that table cloth out of bandanas- I hope it's as easy as it looks. What are you doing this weekend to celebrate the 4th? Fireworks? I hope so; tell me in the comments below. Thanks for reading!
xx Savannah
