Happy Tuesday, and happy 10 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS! Everyone knows that once the holidays roll around, it's time to get out the sugar and the flour (and the molasses, in my case) and get baking! Instead of making gingerbread cookies, my mom makes yummy molasses cookies, which taste way better than ginger bread cookies and have a chewier texture, while still looking good enough to make a gingerbread man out of.
