10 DIY Spring-Themed Party Decorations

Pinterest (and Instagram, as I've discovered) are just sooooo full of party supplies. On the subject of splatter painting (the splatter painted balloons above, which, by the way, are sooooo cute!), I was splatter painting earlier today and was corrected on what terms I was using- it's actually primarily called "action painting", not splatter painting. I have NEVER heard it said that way, nor will I probably ever use that term... It sounds like karate painting.
