This Friday is EARTH DAY! I love Earth Day, every year it's so much fun to plant things, do the recycling, and get started on our veggie garden. It's forecast to rain, which is great because the more rain, the more things grow. But when it rains, it's also a great day for baking- so why not make a few earth day themed goodies?
